- 1 1/2 pounds of ground meat (beef, pork, etc.)
- 2 Tablespoons of Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish
- 1 diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed crackers (Ritz are best)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together. Do Not knead too much, will make meat tough.
Place evenly in a bread pan. Back uncovered for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Cover with either Tomatoe or Cream of Mushroom soup.
