spinach and artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) Boxes Spinach- Thawed and Drained
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mayo or Light Miracle Whip
  • 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 4-6 Chopped Green Onions
  • 5 Cloves Garlic- Minced
  • 3 T Fresh Dill- Chopped
  • 1 Can/Jar Artichoke Hearts- Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate or serve immediately with bread, crackers, chips or pretzels
