Apple and Fennel Salad

Ingredients

  • Half a large apple
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-fat vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tablespoon freshly shaved Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice apple into matchsticks and place in a bowl with fennel. Add reduced-fat vinaigrette dressing and toss well; garnish with Parmesan cheese. (Use a mandolin if you have one. Or simply chop the apple and fennel.)
