Banana-Maple Yogurt

  • 1/2 of a ripe large banana
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped
  • toasted walnuts
  • cinnamon

Mash banana; mix with Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Top with walnuts; garnish with cinnamon.
