Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
• 2 lbs all purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
• 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 450 degrees. Add all ingredients in large plastic bag. Shake until potatoes are well coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish. Bake 40 mins, stirring occassionally or until golden.
