Ingredients
- Goat Cheese, Soft, 4 oz ( Herb Encrusted)
- Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
- Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs
- Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp
- Rosemary, 1 tbsp
- Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces

Preparation
Step 1
Pound out Chicken Breast Flat and thin and trim edges.
Cut into 4oz servings.
Pepper both sides of Chicken. (May lightly salt if desired, Goat Cheese contains salt).
Cut goat cheese into equal 1 oz portions spread into middle of Chicken along with remaining herbs portioned. Fold chicken in half and tie closed. Grill until chicken is done.
