- 2 tablespoons smart balance spread, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt-free garlic & herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teasponn black pepper
- 1 pound tilapia filets
Melt Smart Balance.
Add lemon juice, garlic & herb seasoning, onion powder and pepper; mix together.
Brush entire mixture over fish.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
