Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburg
- 2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 (28oz) tomato soup
- 1 (28oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- V8 juice - if needed
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburg, drain. In large pot mix all ingredients. Simmer for 3 hours. Thin with V8 juice if necessary.
