Stuffed chicken breasts- Mom

  • 6 chicken breasts- cut in half
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbl fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
  • oil
  • eggs, bread crumbs (Italian style)



Step 1

mix onion, cheese,& parsley with oil, add mushrooms with oil to moisten
spread cutlet and pound each sharp knife or tenderizing tool, do cut through meat
put heaping TBl of mix on cutlet, fold over & fasten with skewer
dip in beaten egg, then bread crumbs
bake on greased sheet for 45 min. at 325-350 deg oven
