  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 1-3 habanero
  • 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 1/4 c water
  • juice of one orange
  • juice of one grapefruit
  • s&p to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet over med heat. Add tomatoes, chilies and garlic. Pan roast until tender and brown on all sides. Transfer to blender, remove seeds from chilis. peel garlic and add. Add water, juices. Puree til smooth. Add s&p.
