Ingredients
- 2 packed c fresh basil
- 1/4 c toasted pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t fresh ground black pepper
- 2/3 c olive oil
- 1/2 c (1.5 oz) grated parmesan

Step 1
In blender or food processor: pulse basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, papper until finely chopped. With machine running add oil until smooth and thick. Add cheese and pulse. Set aside.
