Ingredients
- 2 lbs of onions
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 Tbs butter
- 3 cups of beef or vegetable broth
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 Tbs flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cream
- grated cheese
- croutons
Preparation

PREPARATION
Peel and slice the onions then saute them in the butter along with the garlic.
Add stock, salt and pepper to taste then cook under high pressure for 4 minutes.
Use rapid pressure release then carefully open cooker lid.
Mix flour with the milk then mix into the cream.
Add the milk and cream mixture to the pressure cooker and stir to mix.
Gently heat the soup but do not boil or you can scald the dairy products.
Serve into individual bowls and garnish with cheese and croutons.
