Ingredients
- 2 cups dried brown lentils, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 Lb cooked ham, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/2 teaspoon celery or traditional salt
- handful chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and stir.
Cook under high pressure for 10 to 12 minutes and use rapid pressure
release.
