  • 12 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan cheese and seasonings; add to potatoes. Seal bag and shake to coat.

Pour oil into two 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans; pour potatoes into pans. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40-50 minutes or until tender.

Yield: 12-14 servings.
