Ingredients

  • Place the roast in the Bean Pot.
  • Add potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, salt and pepper. It isn't necessary to add water. Cover with the lid.

Preparation

Step 1

Put into a 325 degree oven for 2-3 hours, depending on how large the roast is. Remove the roast and vegetables from bean pot.

Use broth to make gravy.
