  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced (close to the same width)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Once oil is heated, add sliced zucchini and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder and continue sautéing until zucchini is tender. Serve immediately.
