- 12 small new potatoes (red or gold)
- 1 T butter
- 1 T minced fresh parsley
- 1 T minced fresh chives
- 1/4 t salt or seasoned salt
- 1/8 t pepper

Step 1
scrub potaotes and cover with water in a saucepan. Boil until potatoes are easy to pierce with a fork, about 20 minutes. Drain and add the rest of ingredients. Saute for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
