Onion Roasted Potatoes

• 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 4 medium potatoes cut into chunks (2 lbs.)
• 1/3 C. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag or bowel, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated.

In 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting pan, arrange potatoes.

Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
