Ingredients
- 2 c butter
- 1/3 c water
- 1 pkg milk chocolate pieces
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t lt corn syrup
- 1 c fine chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Line 15 x 10 baking pan with foil
In 3 qt pan stir in sugar, water, syrup. Cook over med heat til sugar is dissolved. Cook until candy thermometer reaches soft crack stage. Remove from heat, pour into pan, spread evenly. Cool 5 min. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over top. Spread softened chocolate over candy. Sprinkle with nuts and press with back of big spoon. Let stand until candy is cold. Break into pieces.
