Pumpkin Crunch Mix

Ingredients

  • 4 c toasted rice cereal
  • 3 c small pretzels
  • 1 c pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 c white chocolate morsels
  • 1 c dried cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat onen to 300.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, pumpkin seeds, butter and pie spice.  Spread on prepared baking sheet in asingle layer.  Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at 10 minutes.  Let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, combine white chocolate morsels, cranberries and cereal mixture.  Let cool completely.  Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
