Ingredients
- 1/2 C yellow mustard
- 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 C packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mustard powder
- 2 Tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then toss with about 1/3 of the mustard sauce until coated. Let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Grill chicken, using about 1/4 C of the mustard sauce for basting.
Serve chicken when done with the remaining mustard sauce.
