Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 T flour
- 1 egg
- 1 T milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Make pastry for 8" two-crust pie. Divide pastry into 24 equal parts and roll each into a circle. Line tiny tart pans with pastry.
Heat oven to 425. Mix sugars and flour. Beat in egg, milk, vanilla and butter thoroughly. Fold in nuts. Put a scant tablespoon of mixture in each tart. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until set.
