Ingredients

• 1 pkg jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 egg
• 1/3 c milk
• frying oil
• 1/4 c flour
• 1/2 c chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
