Ingredients
- 1 pkg jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c milk
- frying oil
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 c chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
