  • 1 turkey - 12-14 lbs.
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • flour



Step 1

Season the turkey the night before inside and out with garlic powder, ontion powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
Next day, put turkey into pan and add a little water.
Cook at 375 degrees for the first 1/2 hour.
Lower heat to 350 degrees and cook for 3 hours.
Brown for an additional 1/2 hour.
Combine flour and water until dissolved.
Pour gravy from turkey into pot.
Stir in flour and water combination.
Stir over high heat until sauce thickens.
