Ingredients
- 1 large hard-boiled egg
- 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped capers.
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Halve egg lengthwise and remove yolk. Mash yolk with reduced-calorie mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (or to taste) and capers.
Spoon yolk mixture evenly back into each egg half; sprinkle with paprika.
