POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled, cooled and diced
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 6-8 green onions and greens, chopped
  • 15-20 green salad olives, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • celery seed, as needed
  • 1/2 small can evaporated milk, or more to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well, chill or serve warm.
