Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 8 c water
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes - undrained
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 2 c long grain white rice
- 2 c chopped green peppers
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain beef. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until peppers are tender.
