- 1 small package instant Pistachio pudding
- 1 16 oz can crushed pinapple (including juice)
- 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
- Small marshmellows
Mix all ingredients. Adding the marshmellows to achieve the desired amount (approximately 3/4 cup).
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
