Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg and water together
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and parsley. Add to egg mixture. Combine lightly
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls on top of hot, cooked stew. Cover and let steam for 10 minutes. Serve with hot stew.
