Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 head savoy cabbage, chopped into medium-sized pieces
- pinch kosher salt
- 2 cups chicken stock
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium skillet or Dutch oven over high heat, add oil. Add cabbage and lightly brown. Season with salt.
2. Add chicken stock and simmer until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
