Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 C. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 Tsp. salt
  • 1 C. butter (2 sticks) softened
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 C. light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg. (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. (11 1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 1 C. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Set aside. Combine butter, and both sugars in large mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time; stir in vanilla.

Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Fold in all chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten dough slightly with back of a fork. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
