speedy way to dress up potatoes

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter/marg.
• 1 tab, horseradish
• 2 teas. lemon juice
• 1/2 teas salt
• 1/8 teas. pepper
• 12 small new potatoes, halved

Preparation

Step 1

place butter in an ungreased micro-safe 1 qt. dish. micro uncovered, on high -40 seconds/til melted. stir in horse., lemon juice, s&p and potatoes. cover and micro on high for 10 minutes. let stand for 2 min.
