Cauliflower cheese casserole

- Whole head Cauliflower or frozen 2 cups, chopped 1 inch flowets
- 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
- 4 tbsp of lowfat mayo
- 1 tsp salt
Cook cauliflower in 1inch of water with salt. Steam until tender, about 10 mins on medium high heat.
Stir together cheese and mayo.
Drain Cauliflower and place in a casserole dish.
Spread cheese mixer over top of Cauliflower.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 min, until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
