Easy Shrimp “Stir-Fry”

  • 2 ounces peeled, deveined cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup packaged coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon Asian stir-fry sauce
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Toss cooked shrimp with coleslaw mix and sugar snap peas; stir in Asian stir-fry sauce.

Microwave, covered, until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
