Cups Dill Pickles, sliced and drained
Ranch Dressing for dipping
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Lightly whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl. Heat oil (about 2") to 375 degrees. Dip pickle slices first into flour mixture, then egg mixture, and finally back into flour. Carefully place pickles into hot oil. Do not overcrowd. Fry until golden brown, 4-8 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with ranch dressing. Serves 6 or more.
