Ingredients

    pkg Johnsonville Sausage links

  • 9

    eggs

  • 3

    c milk

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • tsp gd mustard

  • ½

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    pkg 30 oz Ore- Ida frozen hash browns

  • 2

    c shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • ½

    c thinly sliced green pepper

  • ½

    c thinly sliced green onions

Directions

Cook sausage in oven for 15-20 minutes at 375 until lightly browned. Cool. Slice sausges into 1/4" Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings Add sausage, hash browns, cheese, peppers and onions Pout into greased 9x13. Cover and refrigerate overnight Remove from frig 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 for 65-70 minutes until knife comes clean. Let stand 10 minutes Serve with salsa
