Peanut Butter - homemade sweetened

for crunchy peanut butter, chop an additional 1/4 - 1/3 cup peanuts and mix into the peanut butter.

Ingredients
- 16 0z (1lb) roasted and unsalted peanuts (without shell)
- 1 TBLSP melted and slightly cooled coconut oil (or 2 t veg oil)
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp honey (agave nectar for vegan)

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor add peanuts. Process until peanuts start to form into a ball - about 1.5 minutes
Once ball formed stop processor and scrape down sides. Next, add your melted and cooled coconut oil, salt, and honey. Process for another minute, until it liquifies.
For crunchy pulse additional 1/2 c nut until small pieces, set aside and stir in after make butter.
Substitutions - roasted, unsalted almonds, cashews or pistachios
