SALAMI*****Crispy Salami Chips w/Thyme Mustard

Easter, 2014 - Most excellent! ! As written, mustard too - takes longer to get crisp though, and don't walk away on them.

Ingredients
- 12 thin slices deli hard salami
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. chopped fresh thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Arrange salami in single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crisp, 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix together Dijon & thyme. Serve salami w/dipping sauce.
