CRISP CHICKEN PARMESAN OR TENDERS

Ingredients

  • 2 EGG WHITES
  • 1 TBSP WATER
  • 2 DROPS HOT SAUCE
  • 1 CUP CORN FLAKE CRUMBS
  • 1/4 TO 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 tsp. MRS. DASH GARLIC SEASONING
  • 1 POUND CHICKEN TENDERS

Preparation

Step 1

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES. LINE A COOKIE SHEET WITH NON STICK ALUM. FOIL AND SET ASIDE.

2. MIX THE EGG WHITES, WATER AND HOT SAUCE UNTIL WELL MIXED.

3. MIX THE CORN FLAKES, PARMESAN CHEESE AND MRS. DASH.

4. DIP CHICKEN TENDER IN EGG AND THEN IN THE CORN FLAKES, TURN TO COVER AND PUT ON PREPARED COOKIE SHEET.

5. BAKE 425 DEGREES FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK. (170 DEGREES).

6. IF MAKING CRISP CHICKEN PARMESAN, HEAT THE WATER FOR THE SPAGHETTI AND HEAT OR MAKE YOUR FAVORITE SAUCE.
