Shrimp and Cappellini

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. med shrimp
  • 1 1/4 lbs. fresh plum tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 teasp. oregano
  • 1 pkg. Cappellini pasta

Preparation

Step 1



Saute garlic in oil then add tomatoes,basil,capers chicken stock butter and oregano. Cook until tomatoes are tender and sauce is cooked through. Add shrimp and cook just until pink. Serve over cooked Cappellini
