HCG Diet (P3) "Corn" Bread
- 1 cup almond flour (OR 1/2 c almond flour & 1/2 c hazelnut flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 25mins
1 Preheat oven to 350. Combine the almond meal and baking powder.
2 Add the cream, water, sweetener, and eggs, stir to combine.
3 Add the melted butter, stir to combine.
4 Spray Pam into the muffin tin.
5 Divide the batter amongst 5-6 muffins or bake in a 6" iron skillet.
6 Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are slightly browned and the
tops are firm to the touch.
