Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tb sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup diced cold butter
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in mixer w/ paddle. Add butter in chunks on low speed until it looks like coarse meal. Add eggs on low until it comes together. Turn dough out on lightly floured surface & knead lightly. Divide & shape into 2 discs wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready 1 hour until 2 days. Roll out to make 2 crust pie.
