Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 1 pound bag wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 8-oz bag shredded light cheddar cheese
- 1 10 and 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 3/4 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 dime bag salt
- 1 dime bag pepper

Step 1
1. Toss a few tbsp. of olive oil into a hot skillet. Follow that up with the ground beef. Use a wooden spoon to break it up and mix it around until it turns nice and brown. While this is going, preheat the oven to 350.
2. Take your browned ground beef and throw it into a large bowl with the chopped onion, egg noodles, shredded cheese, and the creamy soups.
3. Pour in milk, and then salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spread all that into a deep 9 x 13 pan and cover it. Toss in oven and cook for an hour.
