Appetizer - Artichoke Dip (warm)

Ingredients

  • 14 ozs artichoke hearts (canned)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3 tbls milk
  • 1 cup parmesean cheese
  • butter
  • 1 pkg stoned wheat thin crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayo, milk, 1/2 of cheese. Chop artichokes and add to mixture.

Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.

Dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.

Serve with crackers.
