  • 3 Large Baking Potatoes
  • 2-3 cups milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Ragu Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 1-2 oz of chopped onions,vidalia or green (optional)
  • 3 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 oz. bacon bits
  • Oscar Mayer Precooked bacon
  • 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

First, wrap potatoes in plastic wrap and the put in the microwave until soft.5-10 minutes depending on microwave. Meanwhile, put cream of mushroom, milk, cheddar sauce, bacon bits, onion, sour cream, and butter in a medium to large saucepan on low heat.When potatoes are done, take out of the microwave carefully. Let it stop steaming then peal and slice them into small chunks. Add potatoes to saucepan. Season with garlic salt. Cook an additional 10-15 minutes.Pour into bowls . Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste. Goes great with garlic bread.
