- 1 head broccoli in small pieces
- 1 med red onion, diced
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- Dressing;
- 1/2 c. mayo
- scant 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tblsp vinegar

Add all ingredients in bowl. Just before serving, add dressing.
