    package shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese

  • 4

    ounces cream cheese

  • 1/4

    cup red bell pepper

  • 1

    jalapeno

  • 1

    tbsp ground cumin

  • 1 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    package refrigerated pie crusts

  • Water

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Grease baking sheet Combine chicken and all other ingredients Unroll 1 piecrust, roll into 15-inch circle Cut out rounds, 3-inch (repeat) Lightly brush edges with water Place 1 tsp of chicken mixture in the center Fold and press edges with a fork Bake for 15 minutes
