Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Lg pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tb butter
Preparation
Step 1
Bring first 5 ingredients to a gentle boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add vanilla & butter, stir. Store in frig & heat before use.
