FRESH BERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • Cup Sugar

  • 2

    Cups Flour

  • 2

    TSP baking powder

  • ¼

    TSP baking soda

  • ¼

    TSP Salt

  • ¾

    Cup Sour Cream (or buttermilk)

  • 2

    Large eggs

  • 1

    Stick of Unsalted butter, melted and cooled

  • 2

    TSP Vanilla Extract

  • 1

    Cup fresh berries of choice/ pureed

  • Optional: extra berries to decorate muffin tops

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 3. Line muffin tin with liners and spray them with cooking spray. 4. Fill muffin liners 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done
